4. Take your scraper and gently start scraping away wallpaper and glue residue from the wall. Be careful not to gouge the wet drywall with your scraper.
Murals, by definition, are large-scale paintings or scenes applied directly to a wall, ceiling, or other seemingly flat surfaces. Their primary purpose is to enhance the look, feel, and, sometimes, the spaciousness of a room or space. Wall mural paintings have the ability to create an illusion, making small rooms look bigger, provide a magical view or showcase of a favorite person, place, thing, or event.
If you have determined that your wallpaper is in a condition where you can paint over it, there are a few items which you will need to to get started. You will need primer, paint, a paint roller and tray, joint compound, drop cloths, a utility knife and painters tape.
2. To begin, start in a corner and pull a piece of wallpaper from the wall. Sometimes you can easily peel all of it right off and just be left with removing the glue residue. But most of the time you will be able to remove some areas and be left with some spots which you will have to apply wallpaper removal solution and invest some extra labor to remove. Remove as much as you can while dry, but remember to be careful and remove it slowly so as to not damage the drywall.
