3. Fill your squirt bottle or garden sprayer with the wallpaper removal solution according to the manufactures direction. Spray the wall starting at the top moving in about four foot sections. Repeat this step about three times, until the wall is completely saturated. Do not over saturate as it can cause damage if it gets too wet.
Paint Cons The cons of paint compared to wallpaper are minimal. The two biggest cons are that the walls must be smooth, otherwise the uneven areas will show depending on the lighting and there are relatively no patterns to choose from when it comes to paint. If you want to add flowers, a border or shapes to the design, you'll have to paint them yourself.
The next step would be to apply a good primer or sealer from a reputed brand. Make sure that the surface is not oily or shiny, or else the primer might not work. For such slippery walls, a special type of sealer might be needed, which might be purchased from a local paint and hardware store.
